"Totally unhappy with this product"
My son, who runs his own roofing and siding business, and has been in the business 10 years recommended these to me. I installed a few of them and he installed the rest of them. The problem is that they work too well. They keep out everything inlcuding the water. During a hard rain it's as if there is no gutter there at all and during light showers there is a constant drip over the edge of the gutter and behind it. In other words getting the decking and cornice work wet. We've gone back and re-installed some of them trying to make them work to no avail. I'm at my wit's end and ready to remove them all and go back with something else. Prior to these I used a plastic guard but it had to be replaced every 3-4 years because of sum damage and warping but they at least worked.

"Grater Gutter Guard"
I got the Grater G305-BL installed about a year and a half ago. I really enjoy their efficiency in keeping pine needles and leaves out. There are many great things about these gutter guards. First off, they are very easy to install. I was able to install them, on my own, in about four hours. Another good thing about them is that they keep things out really well. Before I got them, I had to clean my gutters out all the time. But ever since I put this guard on, I haven't cleaned them once. And they have not gotten clogged ever since I got it. I never have needed to reinstall them too. That's important to me because I don't like having to do my work over again, and I have never had to. Overall, I would say that these are some of the best gutter guards on the market, and I recommend them to anyone looking to get a guard.

"Pretty Good Guard Against Pretty Bed Stuff"
I installed the Grater Gutter Guard brand gutter guards on my house last fall to keep the pine needles out. The model I decided to go with for my house is the G305-BL. It was pretty easy to install on my house without a billion special tools. I would stay it could be installed on a good size house within 5-6 hours. I would say that it does a okay job on keeping things out of the gutter. I wont block really small things but that's normal of gutter guards. The stuff that does get through doesn't cause my gutters to be clogged like it used to. So they are doing something good to keep me from wasting a good weekend day. So far I dont really have anything bad about the guards. I havent had to fix it or re-seat it like some of the other guards. If you were to ask me if theses are good guards. I would tell you that you should buy them cause they are that good.

"Grater Gutter Guard Power"
Today I am reviewing my Grater Gutter Guard that is on my house. I have owned them for about 2 years and I have not had a issue with them beyond the weather. I installed them myself so if a overweight guy like myself can do it, you can too. I bought them because I get too winded every time I have to clear out the gutters. I normally end up paying some guy 50 bucks to do it. So in effort to save myself money, I installed gutter guards. They are made out of metal, not plastic like most of the other guards are made out of. They have always kept everything out of the gutter without fail. The only time I didn't have protection is when we had a tornado here. They got pulled off but I was able to reinstall them within a couple hours. If you were going to ask me if you should buy them. I would tell you to go ahead and buy them. They are a great investment.
