"Gutter Guard Pros and Cons"
I have had these particular gutter guards on my home for approximately 10 years. I like the fact that they keep the leaves out of my gutter; however, their design allows for small sticks and leave fragments to build up in the crack that is supposed to only allow water to enter the gutter. So, every year I end up cleaning out the gutter guard. Yes, it is somewhat less work then cleaning the entire gutter, but I still have to maintain them. In the winter there is a problem with ice dams forming on top of the gutter guard. In the spring when the ice starts to melt most of the water just runs off the roof without going into the gutter. I have never had to repair the gutter guard, so I have to say it is very durable. I could not honestly recommend this to a friend, or anyone else for that matter.

"Waterfall Gutter Guards by Crane do what they say they do."
Waterfall Gutter Guards by Crane do what they say they do. I've had my gutter guards for about three years now and I really love them. Simply put, I like them because they said I wouldn't have to clean my gutters ever, and I don't. I can't really say that there is anything I dislike about them. I can't really see them unless I go up on the roof. I've only been up there a few times from the time when we installed the gutter guards, but I've never seen any kind of damage at all, and I couldn't imagine them ever getting damaged unless a tree falls on my house. I have a lot of trees in my yard, and can't tell you how many times I've been up on a ladder getting the leaves out of the gutters over the years. I've already told all my family and friends about the Waterfall Gutter Guards, and how much I love the fact that I've never cleaned my gutters after they were installed. I would recommend them to anyone.
