Product Lines

MonierLifetile is a manufacturer of concrete roof tile products and components. They produce both standard-weight and lightweight shingles. Both are available in a variety of colors, patterns, textures, and shapes. The standard-weight tile shingle is used in new construction and reproofing projects.

Lightweight tile shingles meet the 6-pound per square foot standard. These shingles are not available in all regions as they are not made for extreme weather conditions. The tiles are molded into shapes that mimic traditional roofing products, such as slate tiles and shake panels. MonierLifetile shingles are available in the following product lines:

History

MonierLifetile LLC was formed as a result of a joint venture merger between Monier Inc. and Boral Lifetile Inc. in 1997. Both companies were roofing products manufacturers with a specialty in concrete roofing products. MonierLifetile is headquartered in Irvine, California. They currently have 13 manufacturing and sales offices across the United States.

Monier's Warranty

MonierLifetile tiles are warranted against fire, damage by vermin, decomposition by water damage or decay, and damage as a result of heat or water absorption. They are also warranted for manufacturer defects for the life of the building. We recommend that you carefully inspect all warranties to thoroughly understand the terms.
