Dura-Loc Shingles

Dura-Loc Roofing Systems makes metal roofing systems for steep-slope commercial and residential building. Dura-Loc features granular coating on their shingles. Their shingles are made to replicate the look of tiles, slate, and shake shingles. The metal shingles weigh far less than the traditional roofing materials. Dura-Loc features four shingle series: Impressions, Dimensions, Class, and Signature Series.

Dura-Loc shingles are Class A fire resistant, Class 4 hail rated and warranted against high strength winds. Dura-Loc makes their shingles in 18 different color options. They are also have UV-resistant coating and are self-ventilating. The metal shingles feature Energy Star® qualified finishes.

Warranty

Dura-Loc offers limited warranties on their shingle products. Each warranty will vary by the brand of shingles. Dura-Loc offers a 50-year warranty that protects against defects, leaks, and winds of up to 120 miles per hour. Dura-Loc will replace items under their limited warranty if the product is defective, but only at the original purchase price during the first 25 years and on a declining basis afterward.

Dura-Loc warrants the surface coating of their products for 25 years. If the color changes or deteriorates as a result of a manufacturing defect, Dura-Loc will either repair or replace the affected shingles.
