History

RuBBuR Concepts is located in Iowa City, Iowa. Hi-Tek Rubber, Inc. was founded in 1926 and made rubber products for the farm industry. In 1954, they began making compression molding products. Today, Hi-Tek focuses on producing premium shingles from recycled rubber that can be recycled at a future date.
